The Sixers are finally working out a projected lottery pick with two local products.

Kentucky guard Malik Monk will have an individual workout with the Sixers on Thursday afternoon ]]>]]>, while Villanova guard Josh Hart and forward Darryl Reynolds will be part of a group workout Thursday morning. There will be a total of seven prospects working out.

Other attendees include two more Oregon prospects, forward Dillon Brooks and guard Dylan Ennis who transferred from Villanova , Davidson guard Jack Gibbs and Thetford Academy forward Tidjan Keita. The Sixers have already worked out a pair of Oregon prospects in Tyler Dorsey see story and Jordan Bell see story .

Monk is the first projected lottery pick to work out with the Sixers. He s a pure sharpshooter who could fill a legitimate need and is considered an option for the Sixers with the No. 3 overall pick in next Thursday s NBA draft see the case for Monk .

In his only season at Kentucky ]]>Phil Booth Jersey]]>, Monk averaged 19.8 points while shooting 39.7 percent from three point range. He shot 41.3 percent in Kentucky wins but 32.7 in Wildcats losses.

Hart and Reynolds both won a national championship with Villanova, but Hart leaves the Main Line as one of the best players in program history. He won a national title, had an undefeated Big 5 career, two Big East Tournament titles — he was the Most Outstanding Player during both — four Big East regular season titles and just one on campus loss.

That was just what Villanova accomplished during Hart s career. On an individual level, Hart was a Naismith Award finalist and a First Team All American during his senior year. Despite his success in college, Hart projects to be a late first or early second round pick.

The Sixers have four second rounders in this year s draft 36th, 39th, 46th and 50th. Hart could be an option for the team with either the 36th or 39th pick
